Plant ID and Care Information Service: New homeowners often are faced with plants
that are unfamiliar to them. I identify plants,and provide care information from fertilization and water needs
to pruning recommendations for each variety.
I hold a B.S. in Landscape Horticulture and am an ISA Certified Arborist. I have over 25 years of experience in
the field of horticulture in Colorado. I am well versed in current care, fertilization, irrigation and pruning
practices for plants that grow in our region.
Often homeowners hire me to go through their landscape with them, looking at all of the plant material and
challenging situations that exist. During this consultation I take notes and talk to the client about what
we are observing. At the end I write a summary of the observations and if any action is recommended. I often
include applicable Service In Actions from Colorado State University with the summary.
Hourly consultation $60 per hour.
