Landscape Design Services: Whether designing a new yard or renovating
and existing one, I work with my clients to create unique and functional outdoor
spaces, with appropriate maintenance and watering requirements and easy to care for
plants that are pleasing to the eye.
Xeriscape (water zoned) planting plans are my specialty. I was a principal Fort Collins landscape designer for
local homeowners in the Metro Water Conservation YARDX (Yield And Reliability Demonstrated in Xeriscape) Program.
A complete landscape master plan includes two to three visits with the client, a
colored preliminary plan of the
entire landscape or just a portion showing ideas
discussed during the first visit, and a final scale drawing indicating plant additions
and removals, layout of patios, decks, retaining walls, water features, turf and
planting bed areas in plan view. A complete material list is included with the plan.
Fee - Starting at $600 for an 8,000 to 10,000 sq/ft lot in Fort Collins
